Care for your teeth!!!
Teeth are one of the most important parts of our body. They are needed to chew food; moreover they have superficial value as well. They are the most prominent feature while we are communicating with others. Special care should be taken in the case of its cleaning. If they are kept well they will last for longer time. Following should be kept in mind while brushing and cleaning of this very important organ of your body.
1) Brush your teeth daily, twice a day for 2-3 minutes.
2) Always use a soft brush, as hard brush may damage your gums.
3) If possible brush your teeth after every meal.
4) Always be gentle while brushing; never be harsh or hard with your teeth.
5) Replace your brush after every three months.
6) Your toothpaste should contain fluoride.
7) Cleaning of the tongue is also very important, as it gives vent to bad breath etc.
Use dental floss after brushing.
9) Never ever use someone else’s toothbrush, as it is the way to transfer germs and bacteria and diseases.
10) Never leave your teeth without brushing for more than two days. This act can prove very dangerous for teeth.
11) If your have under gone any disease, than don’t use that very same toothbrush again, as there are chances of re-infection.
12) Always use a toothbrush protector. Never keep all toothbrushes in a same cup, as they will rub with each other and transfer germs.
13) Always rinse your toothbrush before and after usage.
In a nutshell, it could be concluded that teeth are one of the most important feature of the face. They get more prominent while you are communicating with someone. They reflect your level of hygiene and cleanliness. So special care should be taken for their maintenance and preservation, as they are the only source of keeping us alive
